For trades, salons and clinics across South and West Yorkshire. £300 a month, published, with your ad spend paid straight to Google and a number you can ring: 01709 225755.
The short version
Google Ads management is £300 a month plus VAT. Your ad spend is separate: Google bills your card directly and we add nothing to it.
Each month we pick the searches, block the ones that waste money, write the ads, track every call and form, move budget towards what brings work in, and report back in plain English.
It suits a plumber in Rotherham or a clinic in Barnsley that wants the phone to ring this month. To start, send the form below or a WhatsApp, and we reply within one working day.
Sound familiar?
I set it up myself and spent £400 on clicks from people looking for plumbing jobs, not a plumber.
An agency charged me £800 a month and I couldn’t tell you what I got for it.
The leads were from Leeds and I’m in Doncaster.
Clicks went up. The phone didn’t.
Every one of those has the same cause: an account left on Google’s default settings, with nobody watching which searches the money went on.
What £300 a month gets you
- Campaign strategy, setup & audience targeting (Meta and/or Google)
- Ad copy & creative produced for you
- Weekly optimisation, budgets shifted to what's working
- Monthly report: spend, leads, cost per lead
- A monthly call to go through the report
- Conversion tracking set up, so calls and enquiries are counted
Your ad spend is separate
You pay Google directly, on your own card, and you set the daily cap. We never take a cut of it.
We recommend a minimum ad budget of £30 a day (around £900 a month), paid directly to Google. Below that, ads tend to run out of budget by lunchtime and miss the evening emergency searches. How to check click prices for your town.
How we run ads for trades
A generic agency sets the radius to 30 miles and optimises for clicks. A trade needs calls from the towns it can reach by nine the next morning, and nothing else.
Only the towns your van reaches
A Barnsley electrician gets Barnsley, Penistone and Wombwell, not all of Yorkshire. We also switch off Google’s default of showing ads to people merely interested in your area, so Leeds can’t spend a Doncaster budget.
Searches you never pay for
Negative keywords block "jobs", "apprenticeship", "courses", "salary", "DIY" and "how to" before they cost you a penny. A plumber should pay for "burst pipe Rotherham", never for "how to fix a burst pipe".
A call button on every ad
For emergency work the ad carries your number, and call ads run only in the hours you answer. Nobody with water through the ceiling fills in a form.
Every lead traced to its search
Calls from the ad, calls from the website, quote forms and WhatsApp taps are all counted as conversions, so the monthly report shows which keyword and which town each job came from.
How we run ads for salons and clinics
Google catches people already searching for a treatment. Instagram and Facebook find the ones who haven’t thought of it yet, and we run those ads too, for the same fee.
A tight radius
Most clients won’t cross Sheffield for a facial, so we target a few miles around the salon.
One ad group per treatment
Lash lifts, balayage, facials and microneedling each get their own searches, ads and price, so someone searching "brow lamination Rotherham" sees brow lamination, not your whole menu.
Landing pages that book
The ad goes to a page with the treatment, the price and a booking button, not your homepage. We count a completed booking as the conversion, not a page view.
What clients say about our ads
Two Google reviews, word for word. Neither names Google Ads: Shaun’s is about the Meta campaigns we run for Reception Hub, Muhammad’s about a campaign for a takeaway.
“We've had a fantastic experience working with Bee Viral. They created our website from the ground up, managed our social media platforms and ran targeted Meta campaigns for us. The results have been excellent.”
“Very satisfied with the service. Had done some work for my takeaway which was very cost effective compared to the other advertising companies. Keep doing a good job guys and i ll see you soon to discuss the next campaign.”
What it costs, honestly
£300a month + VAT
- Ad spend separate, paid by you to Google
- No setup fee: onboarding is free on every monthly plan
- No contract, cancel any month
- A fixed written quote before you commit
Elsewhere you might be billed a fixed amount, a slice of your spend, or both. Our guide to Google Ads management fees works the three through at three budgets. Its rates are examples, not quotes from any agency:
| Monthly ad spend | Our flat £300 | 15% of spend | £150 + 10% |
|---|---|---|---|
| £300 | £300 | £45 | £180 |
| £1,000 | £300 | £150 | £250 |
| £3,000 | £300 | £450 | £450 |
On a small budget a percentage is cheaper. Past roughly £2,000 of spend, the flat fee is.
How it starts
A free check or a call
Request the free 10-point check, which covers whether you can tell which advert a call came from, and it comes back written within one working day. Or ring 01709 225755.
A fixed quote in writing
£300 a month, what it covers, and the ad spend we suggest for your towns and trade, all in writing before you commit.
Set up and running
We typically onboard new clients within 5 to 7 working days of the first call: tracking in place, negative keywords loaded, ads written.
Google Ads management, answered
How much does Google Ads management cost in the UK?
UK agencies usually charge one of three ways: the same fee every month, a cut of what you spend with Google, or a smaller fee with a cut on top. We charge £300 a month plus VAT, published, with no setup fee. Your clicks are a second bill that Google sends you directly. Our fees guide works all three models through at three budgets.
Google Ads management fees, explainedDo you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The fee is £300 a month whether you give Google £300 or £3,000, and we never add a margin to your clicks. A percentage deal pays the agency more every time your budget rises, so it never has a reason to tell you to spend less. A flat fee lets us say it when it is true.
Every price we chargeHow much should a plumber spend on Google Ads?
Work back from what your searches cost, not from a round number. Google shows a bid estimate for "emergency plumber Barnsley" or "boiler repair Rotherham" before you spend a penny. Emergency searches in a big town cost more per click than planned work in a small one. We recommend a minimum ad budget of £30 a day (around £900 a month), paid directly to Google. That is on top of our fee.
How to look up click prices in your townDo you work with businesses outside South Yorkshire?
Yes, across South and West Yorkshire: Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield and Wakefield, and the towns between them. We are not set up for national campaigns, because our whole method is built on knowing which towns your van reaches. Further afield than West Yorkshire, we will tell you honestly that someone closer will serve you better.
Ask us about your areaCan you take over my existing Google Ads account?
Yes, and we would rather keep it than start again, because its history shows which searches have already cost you money. We go through the search terms report, the location setting and what is counted as a conversion, then put what we would change in writing before you commit to anything. The account stays in your business name.
Start with the free 10-point checkAm I tied into a contract?
No. There is no contract, and you can cancel any month. That is the same for every monthly plan we sell, including Facebook and Instagram ads. We would rather keep you because the calls and forms show the campaign is paying for itself.
