1. The Promotion

This is a recurring promotion run in consecutive 14-day cycles (each a "Cycle"). In each Cycle, Bee Viral gives away one (1) bespoke business website, designed and built by Bee Viral, with a retail value of £1,500 (the "Prize"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to win.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to businesses registered or trading in the United Kingdom. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and must own, or be authorised to represent, the business entered. One entry per business per Cycle. Businesses may enter again in later Cycles; previous winners may not enter again within 12 months of winning. Employees of Bee Viral and their immediate families may not enter. Entries on behalf of another business without authorisation will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

Enter by completing the entry form linked from our Facebook/Instagram promotion (or on our website) with your business name, business type, town, and contact number. Entry takes approximately 30 seconds and is free. Commenting on the promotional post is welcome but does not constitute an entry. Only completed forms are entered into the draw.

4. Cycles, opening and closing dates

Each Cycle runs for 14 days. The opening and closing date of the current Cycle are stated on the promotional post and entry form. Entries count towards the Cycle in which they are received; entries received after a Cycle closes are not carried forward. The Promoter may pause or end the recurring promotion at any time, with any Cycle already open being completed as normal.

5. Winner selection

One winner per Cycle will be selected at random from all valid entries received in that Cycle, within 7 days of the Cycle closing. The draw is random and supervised by the Promoter. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form and announced on Bee Viral’s Facebook page. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

6. The Prize

The Prize consists of: one bespoke website of 15–20 pages, designed from scratch (not from a template) by Bee Viral in consultation with the winner, with a retail value of £1,500; plus three (3) months of website hosting and management free of charge (value £117).

7. Ownership and ongoing costs

The website is the winner’s to keep. There is no obligation to purchase anything. After the three free months, continued hosting and management with Bee Viral is available at £39 per month, cancellable at any time with no contract. If the winner chooses not to continue, the website files remain the winner’s property and can be transferred to a hosting provider of their choice; the winner is responsible for any third-party costs (such as their own domain registration or alternative hosting) after the free period.

8. Prize conditions

The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The website will be built within a reasonable timeframe agreed with the winner, subject to the winner supplying the content and information reasonably required (such as business details, images, and approvals). The Promoter may showcase the completed website in its portfolio and marketing.

9. Use of your data

Details submitted on entry are used to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and provide every entrant with a free, no-obligation homepage design offer from Bee Viral. Bee Viral may contact entrants about its website services. Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Full details: beeviral.co.uk/privacy. Entrants may opt out of further contact at any time by replying to any message or emailing the Promoter.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries, and to amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. The Promoter’s decision is final. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
